Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. We ensure a seamless process for our customers to return their leather goods and accessories safely.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films are attached, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
