Our leather goods are designed in Paris and handcrafted by skilled artisans in Ubrique, Spain, a region renowned for its expertise in high-end leather craftsmanship.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via express courier. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How should I care for my Polène leather bag?
To preserve the quality of the leather, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct light, heat, and humidity. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean and store your bag in its original dust bag when not in use.
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 15 days of receipt. The items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders outside the European Union, prices are displayed DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You may be responsible for paying import duties and local taxes upon the arrival of your package.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been validated.
